Sweet and Sour Beans

1/2 lb. bacon
1 large onion, diced
1 T. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1 or 2 15 oz. can(s) lima beans, drained
(and/or any other beans you like, eg.
Great Northern, butter beans, ...)
1 31 oz. can pork and beans, undrained

Instructions

Fry bacon until crisp.  Saute onion in bacon grease.
Add mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and crumbled bacon.
Simmer for 15 min.
Pour over combined beans in baking dish.

Bake at 350º for 60 min.
