Catfish & Fake Crab Chowder

3/4 cup chopped celery
1 chopped onion
2 medium potatoes, chopped
1-1/2 cup mixed frozen veggies
4-8 oz fake crab (cut up if needed)
1/2 - 1 pound catfish cut into pieces
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup white wine
2 bay leafs
1-2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2-3 Tbs chopped parsley
salt and pepper
2 cups milk
2 Tbs butter

Saute onions, celery and potatoes in butter for a while, do not brown. Add old bay and stir fry a few minutes more. Add bay leaf and wine, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or so, until potatoes are just about done. Add catfish and frozen veggies, cover and cook until fish is done. Add fake crab, sour cream and milk, bring to a boil to heat milk and fake crab, add parsley, salt and pepper to taste, stir and serve.
