Pasta Kielbasa

1/2 Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa
1 small onion
28 ounce can whole tomatoes
8 - 12 ounces spaghetti sauce (leftovers)
Small can Great Northern beans
Garam Masala
Black Pepper
1-3 dry cayenne peppers
Enough rigatoni to keep you happy
Grated parmesan cheese

Boil plenty of water and cook rigatoni to be done shortly after everything else.

Cut Kielbasa into pieces, some a nice bite size, most smaller. Slice onion and cut slices in half. Drain and rinse the beans.

Fry the onions with about 1/4 of the Kielbasa (instead of using oil) stirring constantly until slightly brown. Add the remaining Kielbasa, break up cayenne pepper and toss in. Add a couple of shakes garam masala and a little ground black pepper, keep frying a few more minutes. Spices may try and burn on pan. Must keep stirring.

After the kielbasa and spices cook a bit add the tomatoes and beans. Keep frying a few more minutes to heat through, stirring occasionally. Cover and keep warm until ready to eat.

Serve over rigatoni, top with a little parmesan.

Dreamed up, cooked and finished off on 13 April 2008 - Yum.
