Baked Squash

Butternut squash cut into pieces 1x1 cubes, 1x1x4, fries, whatever works for you
teaspoon dry ground oregano
teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon good cinnamon
1-2 of tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

Put cut squash into bowl, pore oil over and mix to cover all the pieces then add spices slowly while mixing and distribute everything evenly. Arrange on baking sheet, try to keep pieces from touching each other. Cook 350 for 30-60 minutes until done. (they are still in the oven right now so I don't know exactly how long to cook)

Cooking 1x1x3 pieces while writing note: 325F for 30 minutes made for slightly underdone but very tasty squash. Slightly underdone can be good.
